Welcome to my website. I wish to share thru "Da Tulay" all information, advisories, tips, trainings and seminars I learned from OWWA-CARAGA MICROSOFT TULAY PROGRAM offerd for OFWs and their dependents.

I believed that information shared here, will help aide financial/relationship crises among OFW's towards their immediate dependents.

Moreover, through these information,other dependents of an OFW will be able to avail programs offered, and can overcome the illiteracy and unemployment even in their homes or in the community where they belong.
